She is a Diplomate (Dipl.Ac.) certified by NCCAOM and is licensed in the state of Maine and Colorado. Ellen has studied Classical Five-Element Acupuncture with Hilary Skellon and Dr. Judy Becker Worsley and has done post-graduate work with Dr. Richard Tan for the treatment of acute and chronic pain. </p><p></p><p> </p><p>.</p><ul> <li><strong>09 satori</strong></li> </ul><br /> <h2><a href="http://www.ellenellis.org/about-ellen" target="_self"></a></h2><br /> <p>She has extensive experience in the health care field beginning with her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has spanned the spectrum of life from adult rehabilitative medicine to a specialization in pediatrics, in both hospital and private practice settings. </p><br /> <p>She has practiced and is trained in Acutonics, NADA/acudetox, Neurodeveopmental Training, Massage Therapy, Thai Massage, Reiki, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Structural Integration (the work of Ida Rolf). Ellen's experience as a Hatha yoga instructor contributes to her knowledge of therapeutic exercise and movement. </p><br /> <p></p><p></p><p>Ellen brings to her practice the unique ability to communicate clearly and bridge natural and allopathic medicines.
